Blue Cheese Burgers

Foodie Friday!

I can’t get this done Monday through Friday, but if you can…YOU ROCK!


  • 1 pound lean ground beef (my favorite for burgers is 85/15)
  • 1 – 1 ½ oz blue cheese crumbles (good luck measuring this out perfectly…just add however much you want!)
  • 3 tablespoons fresh minced chives (yeah right…who has this readily available? If you have it use it, but if you don’t, who cares)
  • ¼ tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt & Pepper to taste (1/4 teaspoon of pepper & ½ teaspoon of salt…that’s my taste)
  • ½ teaspoon dry mustard
  • 4 hamburger buns


  • Mix all ingredients together
  • Put in fridge for 2 hours
  • Make patties
  • Grill (or better yet…make your significant other do that job!)
