Honey Mustard Chicken

Foodie Friday!

This is a Monday through Friday Meal = Quick & Easy


  • 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • Salt & Pepper & garlic powder
  • 2 eggs
  • Your favorite honey mustard (or you can make your own….I’m not that fancy!)
  • Seasoned Breadcrumbs


  • Preheat oven to 375
  • Spray 9×13 baking dish with non-stick spray
  • Sprinkle chicken with salt, pepper & garlic powder
  • Coat chicken with egg
  • Dip chicken in honey mustard
  • Dip chicken into breadcrumbs
  • Drizzle with olive oil
  • Bake 30-35 minutes
